Payment is done in two parts

1. After the initial sketch is approved;
2. After the piece is finished and any adjustments are made.
   • Different payment plans can be discussed.

Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund during the sketch phase, no questions asked.

Refunds requested in any other steps of the project may be discussed individually and will reflect the work done (Coloring, Rendering etc.).

• During the sketch phase, large changes, different compositions and ideas may be requested;
• After the initial sketch is approved, no more changes to the structure of the piece will be done, such as characters, poses or significant clothing or background changes;
• Minor changes, such as expressions, minor clothing or background details may be requested. Further complex changes may inquire extra charges. </aside>

• Updates will be given frequently as progress is made, through your preferred channel of communication. Feel free to contact me along the process for further updates!
• The finished piece will only be delivered after the final payment is received;
• Delivery is done through e-mail, with the full resolution files and any other extras. If preferred, other methods and delivery channels may be requested. </aside>

• Use of my pieces for NFTs, AI training and similar is absolutely not tolerated. Same with using AI tools to edit my pieces in any way; </aside>

• Credit for personal use of the pieces is optional, but greatly appreciated!
• I may publish the finished pieces on social media, unless you ask me not to do so;
• After finished, you are free to use the piece anywhere, and edit it as needed (Backgrounds, colors etc.);
• If the pieces are meant for commercial use, the prices listed do not apply and need to be discussed individually; </aside>

Some of the things that I will NOT do in a commission:

• Heavy gore or Explicit NSFW;
• Complex designs such as furries and mechs;
• Content promoting any kind of prejudice;
• Political imagery.

Commissions may be denied for any other reasons.
